Facebook video content has 135% greater organic reach when compared with image posts. More importantly, Facebook has seen a staggering 700% growth in video views since June 2015, compared with 150% growth for Snapchat. People spend 3x longer watching live video compared to pre-recorded video clips.

The Cisco Visual Network Index (VNI) Complete Forecast for 2015 to 2020 predicts that more than a billion new internet users will join the global internet community, growing from three billion in 2015 to an estimated 4.1 billion by 2020. Internet video will account for 79% of global internet traffic by 2020 – up from 68% in 2015. VNI also t predicts that video traffic will be 82% of consumer internet traffic by 2020.

Video Marketing Strategy

To be successful with your online video marketing campaign you need a strategy… so rather than elaborate on all the possible ways of engaging with customers. I will share with you what I found to be the most effective method of capturing leads and converting them into loyal customers.

The method I want to share with you today is “Facebook Video Ads.” You can simply run FB Video Ads for as little as .01 per view… if your video is highly engaging the cost per view can decrease even further. I’ve see video ads for as little as .001 per view from running these types of ads.

In the screenshots below… are some test campaigns I’ve been running where I wanted to share with you the disparity in cost between video views and cost per click (CPC). In the active campaign I’m currently getting around .03 per view; however in a previous campaign I was getting about .01 per view. In contrast, click campaigns to my websites were exponentially more.
